Payment options:

All orders are processed through PayPal, our secure online transaction affiliate. We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Sales Tax:

Local taxes, if applicable, will be added to your order.

Order Inquiries:

Shipping:

All of our products are shipped to you via UPS to ensure safety of the product, and timeliness of delivery. Optional expedited delivery is available during the online checkout process. Items are shipped during our normal business days and hours excluding national holidays.

Returns:

We accept returns that are in accordance with the following instructions and regulations:

Return Instructions:

1. Ship the returned item(s) to via insured, traceable means to:

2. A copy of your receipt and invoice must be included. Be sure to save a copy for your own records as well.

Rules and Restrictions:

1. No engraved merchandise may be returned.
2. Returns must be made within 14 days of the receipt of your purchase.
3. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
4. Your refund will be in the same form as your original payment, and will be paid to you as soon as we have received and processed your returned product. Your refund will be in the amount of the cost of the item plus any sales tax charged for the item.
5. In the event of damages through shipping, please contact us ASAP at 404-255-5661.
6. Prices may change due to manufacturing costs and/or the cost of precious metals.

Personalized Engraving Guidelines:

1. Detailed engraving options for your item will appear during the checkout process.
2. Carefully choose the style of engraving from the options listed. An additional engraving chart can be viewed on our Hand Engraving by John Franciscus page.
3. Type the message, name or initials to be engraved in the "Hand Engraved Message" box during the checkout process.
4. Be sure that this section is perfectly accurate-this includes spelling, grammar, capitalization and word spacing. Changes or corrections cannot be made once the piece is engraved, and engraved pieces cannot be returned. If you have concerns regarding your engraving instructions, please call us to discuss them.
